I have bought a number of items on different occasions from 4×4 Direct and each time I have been impressed with their service.
Previously, I had ordered covers for my Brad-Harrison plugs, and they accidentally sent me the plugs instead of the covers. I sent them an email. they immediately rectified the problem, and said don’t bother to return the incorrectly supplied item.
This time round, I ordered a USB plug (with some other stuff). It turned out the plug was faulty. I sent them an email yesterday, Trevor phoned me to clarify if I was in GP or CPT, the courier was there the same day to collect the faulty item. Today I have a new USB plug.
Thank you 4×4 Direct. This kind of service, I can live with.

Just some appreciation for my dealings with you. The wheel spacers and the bash plate 100’s on my FJ.. service and cost really good and above the rest. With previous 4X4’s I dealt with *****, now ***** Boksburg until I realised I was being ripped off!

Too often we only have threads about complaints, so I wanted to start a thread highlighting excellent service..
I wanted to fit an LED dome light and came across 4x4Direct. Saw they had a branch right around the corner so i popped in for a visit. Friendly people, very knowledgable and ended up walking away with more goodies than I had originally planned.

however I decided to take a chance and order something from your web site.
I ordered a snorkel for a Ford Ranger on Sunday evening did the EFT at the
same time. Expected to wait about a week for an article that big to come
from Langebaan to Hartbeespoort in Northwest.
The Monday morning “processing order” was communicated and Tuesday Morning 9

Just to let you know, that we are back from an awesome trip. We went everywhere we were supposed to go, but due to my Nissan suspension breaking down, we left Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda out of the equation. But I am sure you saw this on our FB page.
I have attached a picture, that was taken in Xai Xai for your perusal. You will notice the difference in light quality between the work light of yours and the other lanterns around. YOUR LIGHT WAS JUST FAR SUPERIOR COMPARED TO THE REST.
I took 2 aluminium angles and riveted them together to form a channel, that would be used on my roof rack. The swivel of the light unit was where I attached the light but it still did its thing by moving where ever you needed it. This pic I still need to find for you. I fitted two Hella plugs onto the canopy, one each side and attached a lead to the light, with the Hella fitting.
And for the record, thank you for the supply of those lights, they worked like a charm. A bit scratched, but then they did nearly 18,000kms.
