Use the 38mm Connect-It corner piece with 38mm square tubing with a wall thickness of 1.6mm.

You can use Connect-It fittings on either aluminium or steel SQR tubing.

This Aluminium can be used with the Connect-it fittings. The tube with 2mm wall thickness is a tight fit but our clients prefer it this way as it is more sturdy and strong. NOTE: We only sell lengths of 1 meter, 1,5 meter and 2 meter or a mixture thereof. We can not cut the aluminium to specific lengths.
